Citygate assisted Mackenzie architectural and engineering firm with a capital facilities plan for the Camas-Washougal Fire Department. For this fire station location study, Citygate evaluated and completed a diagnostic assessment of an existing response time study, taking into account zoning and growth rate that may have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, potentially changing or enacting the trigger point for when a new station would need to be constructed to maintain targeted response time.
