Citygate completed a fire service program review for the City of Belmont, California. This study provided assistance to the City with understanding the issues of providing their own fire services as one option to consider given the expected dissolution of the South County Fire Protection Authority. Citygate also conducted a fire service review for the City of Belmont, California. This study had a narrow focus on providing fire services re-structuring advice since the City of Belmont’s current fire service JPA dissolved. This work was based on Citygate’s prior assistance to Belmont fire issues, the current fact pattern, and Citygate’s knowledge of other fire service design options.
