Citygate assisted the City of Greenfield and the Greenfield Fire Protection District with converting the previous service model where the Fire District overlays the City to the current model where the City detaches from the District and establishes a municipal fire department that also provides contractual fire and emergency medical services to the remaining rural fire district. This project included a comprehensive fiscal analysis of current services and costs, as well as a detailed fiscal analysis of multiple service model alternatives.
