Project Description:

Citygate conducted a community risk assessment and Standards of Coverage study for the Monterey Fire Department in the City of Monterey, California. The intent of this study was to assist the City and Department in ensuring a safe, effective, and appropriately sized response force for fires, medical emergencies, and other events requiring a specialized emergency response. Included with the community risk assessment and the critical task, concentration, and distribution analyses, Citygate also reviewed the ability of the Department’s administrative support organization to adequately support the Department’s mission.
