Citygate completed a fire station location analysis for the Coastside Fire Protection District. The study helped the District replace two aging stations that were too small to meet the District’s near-term needs and too expensive to extensively remodel. The District intended to replace the two stations with one centrally-located station; however, Citygate’s assessment found this would have a detrimental impact on response times.
