Citygate completed a comprehensive planning effort for the Butte County Fire Department, including a Standards of Coverage planning analysis (fire station and crew deployment study) along with a review of the Volunteer Fire Company program and the resultant headquarters support functions for these program areas. Planning for the Butte County Fire Department involved two stages of effort: a short-range plan to address current service delivery needs in light of the County’s economic situation and a longer range plan to address fire services delivery as the County continues to evolve.
