Citygate completed a regional fire services Standards of Coverage analysis for the Ventura County Fire Protection District to assess all facets of the region’s deployment operations. This included a community risk assessment to review and understand the communities and constituents served by the District, a geographic medical risk analysis to provide an in-depth assessment of medical emergency service demand, and a peak activity unit location analysis to determine if added Advanced Life Support squads on a full- or part-time peak activity units basis would be beneficial to service delivery.
