Citygate completed a Standards of Coverage and headquarters staffing Master Plan review for the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District. This study included a performance review of the current delivery of all Fire Department services, as well as recommendations to ensure service delivery met current best practices within fiscal realities. This study addressed all facets of fire and non-fire operations, including, but not limited to, fire suppression, emergency medical, technical and heavy rescue, fire prevention, and public education in a diverse District ranging from suburban cities to agriculture and rural land uses.
