Citygate completed a Standards of Coverage and staffing utilization study for the City of Pearland, Texas. The study was conducted to help determine how to best staff and equip the Department to meet its mission in light of rapid and anticipated continued growth. The City desired a performance review of the delivery of all Fire Department services, as well as recommendations to ensure service delivery meets best practices. The Final Report was received by the City Council with great support and positivity, as the Council unanimously voted in favor of implementing all Citygate’s recommendations.
