Citygate completed a Strategic Plan for financing and operations in the rural Windsor Fire Protection District. The study involved fiscal analysis of the current capacity of the Fire District and Town to provide adequate fire and medical emergency response and other related operational and fiscal issues. Upon completion of the study, the positive outcome was the Town and District reaching a new understanding of fire service needs that resulted in voter approval for additional funds to increase fire services. As a result, a new state-of-the-art fire station was constructed.
