Citygate conducted an impact review for the proposed Napa Pipe Project, assessing whether the current fire station locations can fully provide quality fire and emergency medical services. In addition, Citygate conducted a small deployment study and present alternative station location plans, as well as provided a timeline for station relocation that best serves the needs of the City.

Citygate assisted the City of Napa in a review of fire and emergency services on a proposed hotel development project. Specifically, the project was reviewed in light of the City’s recently adopted Fire Master Plan, as well as in light of fire code and on-site emergency medical services needs. Four recommendations aided the City in mitigating any fire and emergency services issues for the project, as well as future growth in the City.

Citygate conducted a Standard of Coverage study and a Master Plan for the City of Napa Fire Department. Designing this plan involved two stages: a short-range plan to address current service delivery needs in light of the City’s economic situation and a longer-range plan to address fire services delivery at the current General Plan build-out of the community.
