Citygate completed a deployment study and assessment of the City of Redlands Fire Department. This study entailed a review of organizational conditions, an analysis of future service demands and service delivery options, and development of a strategic plan to guide the Department over the next five years.

Citygate conducted a performance audit for the City of Redlands Fire Department. This study involved a high-level Fire Department deployment review, including a Standards of Coverage study; a resident survey; and a review of the current firefighter memorandum of understanding to look for operational changes that could result in economic savings without a significant reduction in service for the City.
