Scope of work: An analysis, evaluation, and cost comparisons related to deployment options for fire, EMS, and harbor operations as compared to the Consolidated Fire Protection District of the County of Los Angeles. Citygate’s study includes evaluation of harbor operations; community risk and response time analyses with 10-year projections based on different response models and shifting demographics; scenario analysis simulating different deployment strategies and evaluating potential impacts to response time performance, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness; and development of an implementation plan that outlines the steps, timeline, and resources required to implement the recommended changes to the Fire Department deployment strategy.
