Citygate conducted a Standards of Coverage study and Master Plan for the City of South San Francisco Fire Department, which included a performance evaluation of fire protection, rescue, emergency medical service, and ambulance transportation, as well as a management and staffing analysis.

Citygate provided a series of geographic coverage maps so that the City can perform a coverage analysis of its station locations.

Citygate completed a station relocation assessment for the City of South San Francisco. Our assessment included an incident statistics analysis, a GIS visualization of the predicted response coverage areas for the relocated station, and recommendations regarding the viability of the coverage matrix if the station were to be relocated.
