Citygate completed a community risk assessment and Standards of Coverage study for the City of Brea, California, to assist the City and Fire Department in providing a safe, effective, and appropriately sized response force for fires, medical emergencies, and other events requiring a specialized emergency response. In addition, this study included a review and evaluation of the Department’s administration and support staffing relative to its ability to adequately support its mission and community expectations.
