Citygate assisted with a fire services cost evaluation and service delivery study for sevennine participating cities in Kern County, California, including Shafter, Arvin, Delano, Maricopa, McFarland, Ridgecrest, Taft, Tehachapi, and Wasco. This study analyzed proposed County Fire Department changes, as well as recommendations for services to contain costs while providing essential services to residents and visitors.
