Citygate completed a strategic plan to regionalize training for all 31 fire departments in Los Angeles County. This strategic plan provided a framework for training Fire Department personnel to meet the full range of potential hazards in the region. It was an undertaking that mandated establishing centralized regional training priorities, with input and participation from those developing and delivering critical training to the region’s Fire Department personnel, all while working with limited resources. The strategic plan was adopted by all 31 agencies.
