Citygate conducted a Standard of Coverage study and a Master Plan for the City of Napa Fire Department. Designing this plan involved two stages: a short-range plan to address current service delivery needs in light of the City’s economic situation and a longer-range plan to address fire services delivery at the current General Plan build-out of the community.
