Citygate conducted a sub-regional fire department reorganization feasibility study for the South Santa Clara County area fire departments. This high-level assessment of the feasibility of fire agency re-alignment or consolidation included the following agencies: Morgan Hill, as served under contract by the Santa Clara County Fire Department; the City of Gilroy, as served by its Fire Department; and the South Santa Clara County Fire District, served by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
