Citygate assessed the feasibility for shared fire services amongst the fire agencies of the valley floor of Yuba County. This multi-phase review assessed the possibility for operational and administrative consolidations, cooperative agreements, Joint Powers Authorities, contracts-for-service, or other viable options for consolidation.
